Life Journal

A private record
of your life —
yours alone.

A note at midnight. A thought captured before it disappears. A private update during a difficult time — or a good one. Things you are prepared to share one day. Or not.

Today · Personal

"Finally had that conversation. Sorted the insurance. Small thing but it mattered more than I expected."

Health & Wellbeing

Last week · Family

"Told Mum where everything is now. She knows. That felt important — and overdue."

Family & People

Three months ago

"New contract signed. Better terms. If something happened tomorrow, Sarah would know where to look."

Business & Work

Agent 01

Focus on the Plan

Surfaces what needs attention before it becomes urgent — gaps, expirations, obligations — quietly, without alarm. Optimises for peace of mind, not productivity.

Agent 02

The Clock Doesn't Stop

Life keeps moving whether you're watching or not. Surfaces awareness when something has changed across your domains — not what to do about it. That is yours to decide.

Agent 03

You'll Thank Us Later

The things you didn't know you needed to capture. Milestones, anniversaries, information that would matter enormously later — to you, or to the people who love you.

What XORA is

A life companion.
In a category of its own.

  • a filing cabinet or document vault
  • a task manager or productivity app
  • a financial services product
  • a wellness or healthcare platform
  • a social network or sharing service
  • a compliance system built for institutions

XORA is the place where every domain of your life — identity, family, health, property, finances, digital presence — lives in one private, structured, intelligent space.

It is not episodic. It does not wait to be useful. It is continuously present — learning from every interaction, understanding the relationships between your information, surfacing what matters before you have to ask.

The more you bring to XORA, the more XORA works for you. Not because it monitors you — because it knows you. Your values, your people, your way of living.

Cloud storage holds files. Password managers hold credentials. Estate tools handle a single event. XORA holds the context of a life. No competitor occupies this position.

Five things that are always true about your XORA.

  • Your information remains yours. Always.
  • Nothing is shared automatically, ever.
  • No organisation can access your XORA.
  • Nothing is sold — not now, not under any future owner.
  • You decide what leaves your control, when, and why.
The arc of a life

XORA grows with you.
Then simplifies with you.

A river begins quietly, gains momentum, reaches its fullest breadth, and arrives. It does not end — it completes. Your XORA follows the same arc. Every stage is the right stage.

Foundational

Harmony

Find your peace with Harmony.

Essential domains. The beginning of a life deliberately held — identity, finances, and your digital presence.

Flex

Arriving with intention.

Simplifying deliberately. A consumption model for variable life complexity — the same quality, the same six structural protections.

Legacy Continuity Trusted people

A river doesn't end when it reaches the sea. It arrives. Flex is not a lesser tier — it is completion with intention.

Your authority is not a feature.
It is a legal commitment.

XORA is built around six protections embedded in its founding legal architecture — the System Stewardship Deed. Not a privacy policy. Not a setting you can toggle. A binding constraint on every future owner of this system, written into its founding structure.

"We show you what's being shared, why it's needed, and whether you can take it back."
Stay in touch

You can begin
when you are ready.

XORA is preparing for launch. Leave your name and email — we'll be in touch with enough context to decide for yourself whether XORA is right for you.

We will only send relevant updates. No marketing. No noise. Unsubscribe any time.

Thank you.

We'll be in touch when XORA is ready — with the time and context to decide for yourself.

Pricing

Tiers that reflect life,
not status.

No tier is superior. Nothing is locked. Move whenever life does.

XORA tiers reflect the breadth of life you are currently navigating — not a capability you unlock. More domains become relevant as life grows. Fewer are needed as it simplifies. You are never penalised for moving in either direction.

Annual subscriptions are available at a 20% reduction. Change tiers at any time without penalty.

Harmony

Find your peace with Harmony.

Identity, finances, and digital life — the clarity of knowing what you hold and where it is.

Momentum

Build your stride with Momentum.

Property, family, health, and insurance. The planning layer for people who have people depending on them.

Radiance

Glow with Radiance.

Every domain for those in the fullest, most demanding period of their lives.

Different model

Flex

For variable life complexity or those not yet ready for a fixed subscription. The same quality, the same six structural protections, on a consumption basis. Not a lesser option — a different structure.

The Moments draw

Each subscription includes monthly entries — Harmony one, Momentum two, Radiance three. A small gesture of reciprocity. The people who bring their lives to XORA make it a more trusted system for everyone.

Pricing is set regionally at launch — reflecting the market you live in, not a global default.

FAQ

Questions we expect
you to ask.

Answered fully, without evasion. This is the second half of the first conversation.

Is XORA connected to banks, insurers, or government systems?

No. XORA has no connection to any bank, insurer, government system, or third-party institution. No organisation has any visibility into what you hold unless you initiate a deliberate, specific, consent-based action yourself.

Who can see my information?

You, and only the people you explicitly designate as trusted. No XORA employee, system administrator, or third party has access to your personal information. The architecture is designed to make this structurally true — not just a policy statement.

Does XORA monitor, analyse, or profile me?

No. The four agents process your information entirely for your benefit. XORA does not monitor behaviour, build profiles, or analyse patterns for any purpose beyond helping you understand your own life. Behavioural profiling is one of six actions prohibited in the Stewardship Deed — binding on every future owner.

What are the six structural protections?

The System Stewardship Deed embeds six protections that are legally binding on every future owner of XORA as a condition of ownership. They survive restructuring, merger, acquisition, and liquidation.

01No secondary use of your information beyond the purpose you authorised.
02No behavioural profiling, surveillance modelling, or predictive analysis.
03No retention of your information beyond what is legally required.
04No removal of your visibility into who has accessed your records.
05No sale, licensing, or commercialisation of your personal information.
06No derivation of behavioural intelligence from your interactions with XORA.

These are not policy choices. They are structural constraints that no future owner can remove.

Do I have to share information with organisations?

No. Sharing with any organisation is entirely optional and never required. You may use XORA for your entire life and never share information with any institution. If you choose to share, you do so deliberately, for a specific purpose, and you can revoke it.

What is a trusted person?

Someone you choose to give access to specific parts of your XORA. Not an administrator, not a legal designation — the people in your life whose presence means they should never be left searching for what you already know. You define the scope, update it as your life changes, and revoke it whenever you choose.

Can a trusted person change my information?

No. Trusted people have read access only to what you grant them visibility of. They cannot modify, delete, or add to your information. Your XORA remains yours — only you can change it.

What happens when I share information?

You see exactly what is going, to whom, why it was requested, and on what basis. You can revoke access at any time. "We show you what's being shared, why it's needed, and whether you can take it back." This applies to every sharing action in XORA.

Can I stop using XORA?

Yes. You can close your account at any time. Your information is returned to you in a portable format and deleted from XORA's systems. Not retained, not sold, not transferred. The Stewardship Deed applies through closure.

Does XORA sell my data?

No — and it cannot. The prohibition is embedded in the System Stewardship Deed, binding every future owner as a condition of ownership. We do not sell your data. We cannot sell your data. Any future acquirer is legally prohibited from doing so.

Is my information secure?

XORA is built on the assumption that your information is among the most sensitive in the world — not because it contains financial data, but because it contains the full context of a life. Full security architecture will be published before launch.
